A contemporary full-length musical comedy romance in which a group of delightfully eccentric residents and Board members of a New York City co-op operate like a dysfunctional family. The show features a flambuoyant interior decorator, a beautiful but uptight corporate exec, a retired Army reserve colonel/businessman, a middle-aged civil servant/resident curmudgeon, a wanna-be actor/handyman and a starry-eyed applicant and her less-than-starry-eyed husband.
